The Glen Lake Association Board of Directors is thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of its Executive Director search.
This extensive process began last September and was led by a search committee composed of board members Jennifer St. Julian (chair), Ron Creten, Kris Fishman, and Dick O’Malley. The committee was responsible for developing the job description, advertising the position, screening applicants, conducting interviews, performing assessments, and finalizing the selection.
The committee received over 60 applications for the position last November and December. Following a rigorous candidate review and interview process, the top candidate was selected, and the board unanimously voted to extend an offer. We are pleased to share that the offer was accepted, and the new Executive Director will join the GLA team in early March.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the many GLA members and friends who contributed their time and talents to this effort. Special thanks go to the search committee, GLA staff, and those individuals who assisted with interviews or provided legal and HR advice along the way. More than 350 volunteer hours were dedicated to ensuring a thorough search and selection process.
Stay tuned—we look forward to introducing our new Executive Director to the community soon!
