New Boat Motor Acquisition for GLA

The research vessel “RV Sarah”, which is the GLA’s workboat, is featured in this video. Recently, the GLA board approved the changing of an old, two-stroke outboard engine to a new eco-friendly four-stroke engine. The new engine operates 90% cleaner than the old one. Thanks to Glen Craft Marina for helping us with the transition and ensuring the GLA boat is well equipped for the next 10 – 15 years into the future.
