GLA Annual Meeting 2020 Agenda, Minutes and Committee Reports
The Glen Lake Association is tremendously proud to be celebrating our 75th anniversary this year.
Our annual meeting was held virtually for the first time ever on August 6, 2020 via Zoom. Attended by over 100 members and supporters, the session included an exclusive first look at our commemorative GLA 75th Anniversary video, special recognition from community partners and elected officials, the ever popular State of the Watershed address by Rob Karner, and a brief business meeting lead by outgoing board president David Hayes.
A recording of the annual meeting can be found online here along with the 75th commemorative video and the special recognition video from our community partners. The financial report, State of Watershed Report from watershed biologist, Rob Karner, and committee updates can be viewed below, as well.

GLA Bylaws
As specified in the by-laws the Glen Lake Association (GLA) Annual Meetings will be held on a date in July or August of each year as selected by the Board of Directors.
The meeting provides an opportunity for members and friends of the GLA to find out what the GLA has been doing for the past year and to discuss other issues of interest to the membership.
Board of Directors
The membership also has the opportunity to vote for new board members who are filling vacancies for terms that have expired or those seeking a second term. A nominating committee identifies qualified members and makes their recommendations for the available positions. The GLA appreciates your participation on this important matter.
